Our standard flat rate shipping is through Australia Post. It includes authority to leave. If you require sign on delivery please select it as an optional extra at the checkout. Flat rate shipping does not include any insurance for the purchased items. Once the item has been dispatched ownership and all liability is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please see our returns section for exchanges and refunds. Estimated shipping times are 4 - 14 business days after dispatch. We aim to process orders within 48hrs of payment during business hours.
